Coach Watson is a 16-time Summit League Coach of the Year who has led the ORU women's program to 12 consecutive NCAA tournament appearances and helped the men's team earn NCAA berths in 2009, 2010, and 2025 — the latter including the program's first Summit League Championship in 15 years. Across both programs, he has produced 12 Summit League Players of the Year, 16 Newcomers of the Year, three NCAA individual qualifiers, and 17 NCAA Tournament appearances. A former ORU golfer and two-time team captain, Watson is a Class A PGA Professional who earned both his undergraduate and master's degrees from Oral Roberts University.

Coach Park joins Oklahoma State as associate head coach after four seasons at Houston, where he was promoted to associate head coach ahead of 2024–25 and helped the Cougars tie a school record with three team titles. During his tenure at Houston, the program made three NCAA Regional appearances, posted the two highest postseason finishes in program history, and produced five all-conference honorees. Before Houston, he spent three seasons at UTSA, helping lead the Roadrunners to five tournament titles — including the 2019 Conference USA Championship — and two NCAA Regional appearances. He also served as an assistant coach for Team International at the 2025 Arnold Palmer Cup. A former three-time SWAC champion and First Team All-SWAC honoree at Alabama State, Park graduated summa cum laude with a 3.94 GPA.

Coach Kaman leads the Cameron University men's and women's golf programs, returning to the school where he earned All-Lone Star Conference First Team honors, three consecutive Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-American Scholar selections, and capped his playing career with a tournament win and NCAA Regional appearance in his senior season. A First Team NJCAA All-American at Tyler Junior College, he was ranked No. 21 in the region at the end of his college career. He transitioned directly from player to volunteer assistant — helping the program win three tournaments — before being named head coach, bringing an intimate knowledge of the program and a strong commitment to player development on and off the course.

Coach Campbell leads both the men's and women's golf programs at Northwestern Oklahoma State, bringing a diverse coaching and instruction background to the Ranger Family. Before NWOSU, he served as an assistant coach at McDaniel College, where he helped the program to three tournament victories, and as a full-time instructor at Five Iron Golf in Washington D.C., where he earned Trackman's highest level of certification. Growing up in a family of PGA professionals, he gained extensive experience caddying at prestigious venues including Congressional Country Club. A First Tee instructor and Elon University graduate, Campbell is committed to developing players both on the course and in the classroom.

Coach McCurdy joins Friends University after a 19-year tenure as women's golf head coach at Wichita State, where he won three consecutive Missouri Valley Conference titles (2013–16) — including the program's first MVC championship since 1992 — and claimed two MVC Coach of the Year honors. His WSU teams also reached the AAC Championship and produced some of the program's best single-season scoring marks, including a team stroke average of 301.34. Before WSU, he spent six years as head coach at Northern Arizona University, where he was immediately named Big Sky Conference Coach of the Year in 2002 after guiding NAU to an NCAA Regional berth in his first season — one of only six first-year women's head coaches to do so at the time. He also held assistant coaching roles at Washington State and began his collegiate coaching career at his alma mater, Eastern Washington University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in education from EWU.
