Top25 FAQs

Helpful answers for players and parents preparing for the Top25 East Camp.

Are parents allowed to attend CGX Camps?

Parents are encouraged to attend all sessions, as there will be many opportunities to ask questions of College Coaches. We only ask parents to remain to the side during skills instruction and on-course competition.

Can a player communicate with College Coaches at Golf Camps before the June 15 deadline?

Yes. Golf Camps are the only place junior golfers and their families can permissibly communicate with College Coaches before June 15 of a player’s sophomore year—and the only place to receive college coaching during the entire recruiting process.

Does a player need a Top25 ranking to register?

Like all CGX Camps, Top25 is open to any and all entrants and limited only by number of participants, gender, and age.

What should campers bring?

Campers should pack golf clubs, golf clothing appropriate for the weather, golf balls, gloves, rain gear, sunscreen, a cell phone, casual clothing for the evening, and any personal necessities.
