Andy Walker

Men's Head Coach

Eastern Michigan University · DI

A four-time national champion as both a player and coach, Coach Walker brought an elite pedigree to Eastern Michigan after transforming VCU men's golf from No. 187 nationally into a top-40 program — winning the Atlantic 10 Championship by 25 shots and earning three consecutive A10 Coach of the Year awards. In his first season at EMU, the Eagles posted their lowest 54-hole score in MAC history (872) and their best MAC Championship finish since 2019. Before VCU, he won an NCAA Division II National Championship at Lynn University in his first season and led South Mountain CC to back-to-back NJCAA Division II titles. As a player, he won the 1997 NCAA National Championship at Pepperdine and spent 11 years on tour, earning 28 professional victories.

Josh Brewer

Women's Head Coach

Eastern Michigan University · DI

Coach Brewer arrives at Eastern Michigan with 12 seasons as a Division I head coach, most recently at Georgia where he led the Bulldogs to 35 total victories — including 16 team titles, three NCAA Regional Championship sweeps (2016, 2021, 2023), and four NCAA Championship appearances. His 2022 squad advanced to match play for the first time under the current format, finishing tied for fifth after pushing eventual national champion Stanford to the final hole. He coached 15 All-Americans, two No. 1-ranked recruiting classes (Golf Channel, 2019 and 2023), and all 25 of his student-athletes at Georgia graduated. Before UGA, he served on staffs at Indiana and Southern Cal, where he helped produce two PAC-10 Championships.

Jordan McArleton

Men's & Women's Head Coach

University of Detroit Mercy · DI

Coach McArleton oversees both the men's and women's programs at Detroit Mercy, bringing over a decade of collegiate coaching experience to the Horizon League. Under his direction, the men's program has posted some of its best team averages since the late 2000s, and the women earned WGCA Team Academic Awards in 2023 and 2025 — including the department's top GPA across all Titan teams. Ariel Chang earned First Team All-Horizon League honors in his first season and went on to win the Roseann Schwartz Invitational. Both programs have been recognized by the GCAA and WGCA for academic excellence in all three seasons of his tenure. Before Detroit Mercy, he spent a decade as head coach at Albion College and brings instruction credentials from the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Matt Hoffman

Director of Sport Performance

University of Michigan · DI

A TPI Certified Instructor with a degree in kinesiology from Illinois, Coach Hoffman designs biomechanics-driven performance plans for Michigan's student-athletes, applying principles of movement efficiency and swing dynamics. Since joining the Wolverines staff in 2018, Michigan has recorded 25 top-five finishes in 47 events, including five team titles — among them the 2023 Big Ten Match Play Championship, where the Wolverines entered as the No. 8 seed and defeated four opponents including top-seeded Northwestern. He has helped develop Hunter Thomson into a two-time unanimous All-Big Ten selection and the program's third-ever NCAA regional medalist. Before Michigan, he spent two seasons at Humber College (Toronto) winning back-to-back OCAA titles, and competed professionally for six years including three seasons on PGA Tour Canada.

Kevin Kuhl

Men's Assistant Coach

University of Toledo · DI

Coach Kuhl has been part of Toledo men's golf for six seasons, during which the Rockets have placed a First Team All-MAC honoree every single year. His most decorated recruit, Barend Botha, became the first player in 34 years to win back-to-back outright MAC individual titles, earned the MAC Men's Golfer of the Year award twice, and departed Toledo holding program records for lowest season (70.5) and career (71.9) stroke averages before moving on to the Korn Ferry Tour. In 2021-22, three Rockets earned all-conference honors in the same season for the first time since 2002. Kuhl also serves as Director of Instruction and center manager at GOLFTEC Toledo, bringing a dual background in elite collegiate coaching and technical instruction.

Leila Raines

Women's Assistant Coach

Michigan State University · DI

Coach Raines returned to Michigan State as an assistant coach in 2025 after a standout playing career with the Spartans — the only player in program history to qualify for the NCAA Division I National Championship in all four years, including three team appearances and one individual. She set the MSU record for lowest 54-hole tournament score (13-under 203) and the program's low 54-hole mark at an NCAA Regional (6-under 210). A four-time WGCA All-American Scholar and four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, she finished her career sixth all-time in Spartan scoring average. Before returning to East Lansing, she spent the 2024-25 season at Grand Canyon University, where she helped guide the Lopes to seven top-5 finishes and two team wins.

9:45 AM | College Golf practice session – Skill stations and challenges across putting, short game, and the range — with real-time feedback from College Coaches at every station.

11:30 AM | Lunch with coaches at Santa Maria Golf Course / Couse Management & Strategy Seminar / Open Q&A

1:30 PM | 18 Hole practice round with College Coach engagement – On-course coaching focused on course management, decision-making, and tournament strategy.
