(GCAA) As the premier college camp management platform, we are committed to building value for you and creating unique and transformational opportunities for junior golfers. CGX takes care of all your marketing, administrative and HR details so all you have to do is deliver a transformational camp experience for juniors. Sample Itineraries

1 day camp

Morning

8:00am - 8:30am Breakfast

Breakfast, introductions and finding your why (parents invited).

8:30am - 10:30am Skill instruction

Driving range, short game and putting station instruction.

10:30am - 11:30am Seminar

College Golf Experience seminar – setting goals and what it takes to play golf at the collegiate level.

11:30am - 12:30pm Lunch and golf course prep

Afternoon

12:30pm - 5:00pm on-Course play / simulations

On-course college golf practice and tournament round simulation, instruction and competitions.

5:00PM - 6:00PM Seminar

College Golf Experience seminar and Q&A (parents invited) – What coaches are looking for in collegiate players and how to separate yourself from other recruits when contacting college coaches.

6:00PM Camp concludes
  • Coaches speak about Routines and Mental Preparation before a round
  • Players and parents are free to ask questions to all coaches

2 day camp

Day 1

8:00am - 8:30am Breakfast

Breakfast at hotel, check in / arrive at golf course campers receive welcome packets and gifts while meeting college coaches and players.

8:30am - 9:00am Orientation

Camp rules and expectations for players and parents.

9:00am - 10:00am Driving range

Warm up on range, instruction and long drive contest.

10:00AM ON-COURSE PLAY / SIMULATIONS

Tee times start (18 holes) coaches interact with players on course as if a practice round for a collegiate tournament.

Lunch provided for campers
4:00PM Seminar

What it takes to play golf at the collegiate level, day to day life of a collegiate golfer.

6:00PM Dinner

Dinner at golf course or offsite *optional local activity TBD.

Day 2

8:00am - 8:30am Breakfast

Breakfast at hotel, arrive at golf course.

8:30am - 10:30am Short game

Warm up, instruction, putting contest and wedge system analysis.

10:30AM ON-COURSE PLAY / SIMULATIONS

Tee times start, 18 holes, 2 person teams, coaches interact with players on course as if collegiate tournament, coach presents player evaluations.

Lunch provided for campers
4:00PM Seminar

What coaches are looking for in players, learn how to separate yourself from other recruits when contacting college coaches, Q&A discussion for parents to interact with coaches and players in-person or virtually.

6:00PM Camp concludes

3 day camp

Day 1

12:00pm - 12:30pm Check in

Check in / arrive at golf course (lunch provided for campers) campers receive welcome packets and gifts while meeting college coaches and players.

1:00pm - 1:30pm Orientation

Camp rules and expectations for players and parents.

1:30pm - 2:00pm Driving range

Warm up on range, instruction and long drive contest.

2:00pM ON-COURSE PLAY / SIMULATIONS

Tee times start (9 holes), 2 person teams, coaches interact with players on course as if collegiate tournament.

5:00PM Putting contest
6:30PM Seminar

Dinner at golf course or offsite Seminar – What it takes to play golf at the collegiate level. *optional local activity TBD

Day 2

8:00am - 8:30am Breakfast

Breakfast at hotel, arrive at golf course.

8:30am - 10:30am Short game

Warm up / instruction wedge system analysis.

10:30AM ON-COURSE PLAY / SIMULATIONS

Tee times start (18 holes) coaches interact with players on course as if collegiate tournament.

4:00PM - 6:00PM Seminar

Day to day life of a collegiate golfer. What coaches are looking for in players. Q&A discussion for parents to interact with coaches and players in-person or virtually.

6:30PM Dinner

Dinner at golf course or offsite. *optional local activity TBD

Day 3

8:00am - 8:30am Breakfast

Breakfast at hotel, arrive at golf course.

8:30am - 10:30am Skills Challenge

Team skills challenge

  • Driving
  • Chipping
  • Iron accuracy
  • Putting
10:30am - 11:00am Player evaluations

Coach presents player evaluation.

11:00AM Seminar

Learn how to separate yourself from other recruits when contacting college coaches.

12:00PM Lunch

Optional Lunch at Golf Course.

1:00PM Camp Concludes
